a strong voice in the running of the company including the problems, planning, and developement;  

many performing and training opportunites for all levels, working with professional actors, instructors, and directors.  

    And so, in April 1995, W. Shakespeare & Co. was born. Lisa worked to create and develop the company in a style 
which would offer overall training, quality stage productions, a student repertory program featuring the British style of 
training, and opportunites to advance cultural understanding.
